Meet the Speakers

Lindsay has worked in the health and wellness industry since 2013, with experience spanning fitness instruction, corporate wellness, senior living, and community health. She currently serves as Staff Wellness Coordinator for Waukee Community School District, where she leads wellbeing and safety initiatives to reduce healthcare and workers’ compensation costs for the district’s nearly 2,500 employees.

Jim Barclay, Senior Vice President of Operations, has been with Navigate since 2015. In that time, Jim has led the operations team to be the best in the business - a team focused on creating strategic value while also having an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional experiences for our clients.

Highlighting how this employee experience strategy focuses on meeting employees where they are, addressing issues from teacher burnout and custodian back pain to mental health needs and connecting staff with local resources, all while supporting staff retention.
