About
Our purpose in three words: Do Good Things
Those three simple words are at the heart of everything we do. They're the reason this company was started and they're the goal of every task and conversation. We're here to better the lives of every employee, customer, company, and community we work with, and in doing so, we hope to inspire others to do the same.
Over the last decade, we've helped over 1 million people grow healthier and happier, which makes us pretty happy too.
How we do what we do:
The Navigate Way
-
Deliver the boom
We deliver excellence with a little extra in everything we do.
-
Everybody love everybody
We value diversity and the unique perspective each person brings. That’s why we’re actively building an even more inclusive workplace that embraces each employee.
-
We are family
Camaraderie makes working toward shared goals easier, and working together helps us all achieve more.
-
Inspire & innovate
We keep things fresh and fun to keep our users engaged.
-
Embrace change
We stay nimble and flexible, working with change and anticipating needs.
-
Growth is great
We invest in ourselves and mentor others.
-
Efficient & effective
We work smart and build right-sized solutions—we don't sell people things they don't need.
-
Give back
To us, success is making good things happen for others.
How we give back
At Navigate, we all share a common desire to help others. If we weren't doing this, we'd be doing something else that fulfills that purpose. Giving back is a fundamental part of who we are and what we believe in.
-
We firmly believe in being good corporate citizens and supporting our local communities.
-
It's important that the clients we work with are good stewards in their communities as well. We work with them to support their give back efforts in a variety of ways, including tying tailored challenges to charity and promoting team volunteering through our platform.
-
We offer our employees 20 dedicated PTO hours for volunteerism throughout the year.
