What is the summit about?

At the Navigate Summit, attendees will get the chance to engage with industry thought-leaders, partners, and clients to discover the latest innovations, trends, and insights in the health and wellbeing space. When and where will the summit take place?

The Navigate Summit is in Bozeman, Montana. The summit starts on Tuesday, June 13th at 1:00PM and ends on Thursday, June 15th at 1:00PM

What is the dress code for the summit?

The dress code for the event is smart casual, which embodies a perfect blend of formal and relaxed attire. Our speaker sessions will take place indoors, providing a comfortable and engaging environment to listen and learn. To add to the excitement, we have a range of outdoor and indoor activities lined up in the evenings. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes on Tuesday evening as we explore the surroundings on foot. Wednesday night is the pinnacle of our entertainment events, featuring dinner and live concert. Come prepared to unwind and let your hair down in style!

Will there be any food and beverage available at the summit?

Our event schedule is packed with exciting activities and delicious meals to keep you fueled and energized throughout your stay! On Tuesday, we've got you covered with an afternoon snack, a fun-filled social hour, and a delectable dinner that will tantalize your taste buds. Wednesday's schedule includes a scrumptious breakfast, refreshing snacks, a satisfying lunch, and another exciting social hour and dinner. On Thursday, we'll make sure you start your day off right with a hearty breakfast, and keep you satisfied with some delightful snacks and a to-go lunch as you head back home. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of all your dining needs while you focus on networking and enjoying the event to the fullest!

Is there a hotel or lodging recommendations for out-of-town attendees?

We are delighted to offer our registered attendees access to book accommodation at the luxurious Kimpton Armory Hotel at an exclusive event rate. The booking link will be available on the confirmation page after you register, and will also be included in the confirmation email. Please note that Navigate will not be booking hotel rooms on behalf of attendees, and all attendees are responsible for booking their own room at the Kimpton Armory Hotel. You will not be able to book a room directly through the hotel. You must use the provided link in your confirmation. Due to the limited availability of rooms, we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to secure your spot. Once you've made your reservation, payment will be due upon check-out from the hotel. Rest assured that our team is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we can't wait to see you at the event!
