Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the main point of contact for our end-users, the majority of which are participants of the wellbeing programs we operate for our clients. The CSR is responsible for providing participants with a positive overall experience. Qualified candidates will have a passion for helping others through problem-solving and be able to resolve issues/answer questions with a servant-minded, positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deals directly with customers either by phone or email correspondence.
  • Uses customer service software application to manage tickets, cases, and adhere to internal SLAs.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints, issues, and questions.
  • Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Communicates and coordinates with internal departments.
  • Follows up on customer interactions.
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Experience Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional maturity and business acumen.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain organized, and prioritize responsibilities.

Physical & Working Environment

  • Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.
